🌈 Fjord PRIDE – Culturally Competent Mental Health Care for LGBTQIA+ Individuals
LGBTQIA+ individuals face unique mental health challenges that require specialized, affirming care. Fjord PRIDE is a dedicated program providing a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for clients seeking support with:
✅ Identity exploration & self-acceptance
✅ Gender-affirming care & transition-related support
✅ Minority stress & discrimination
✅ Coming out & family relationships
✅ Q***r relationships & intimacy
✅ Trauma & mental health challenges specific to LGBTQIA+ experiences
At Fjord PRIDE, we are committed to culturally competent, affirming mental health care that fosters resilience and well-being. We welcome referrals for clients who would benefit from a therapist who understands their lived experience.

🌿 Recovery Fjord – Mental Health Support for Individuals in Recovery
Recovery is a lifelong journey, and mental health plays a vital role in sustaining well-being. Recovery Fjord provides mental health-focused therapy for individuals navigating recovery from substance use. Our trauma-informed approach helps clients develop coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and maintain long-term stability.
While we do not provide addiction treatment or SUD-specific services, we collaborate with trusted SUD providers to ensure individuals receive the comprehensive care they need.
