Thank you Oregon Community Foundation!

We are pleased to announce that Functional Foundations Pediatric Services has been awarded a $30,000 grant from OCF. The funds that supported this much needed grant include:
Delila Smith Fund of Oregon Community Foundation Community Foundation - $1,600.00
Palma A. Domenico Fund of Oregon Community Foundation - $28,400.00

We cannot express how grateful we are for your support. As a newly formed non-profit it feels amazing to know that we have the support of our community in fulfilling our mission of empowering children, nurturing potential, and building belonging for children with complex rehabilitation needs.

Functional Foundations supports the physical, social, and emotional well-being of children with
complex medical and motor needs through tailored, strength-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and community connection.

These funds will help support our general operating costs as we work toward fulfilling our vision of Building a community where every child is supported, and every family is understood. We are creating a welcoming, community-centered space where children with complex needs and their families can access expert, collaborative care, engage in meaningful play and social connection, and thrive through shared support and innovation.

Words cannot express how excited we all are for Nina and Alex! As many of you know, Nina is amazing! she always greets everyone in the clinic with a smile and she makes Fun.Found feel warm and inviting. Nina, thank you for all you do for us at Fun.Found. You have given so much to us and have touched so many lives with your warmth and willingness to go that extra step above and beyond for everyone you meet!
We wish Nina and Alex nothing but the best in the years to come. We love you Nina!!!

March 25th is National Cerebral Palsy Awareness day.

Functional Foundations is dedicated to recognizing that every person with Cerebral Palsy is a unique and amazing individual who works harder than any of us can imagine to achieve milestones that many of us take for granted.

Everyday we are blessed to be surrounded by a community of families who show up with smiles and energy to participate. The least we can do is be present, supportive, and give each child we serve our all.

We see you, we hear you, and we are here to support you!

March 25th is National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day. Find ways to show your support, advocate for research funds, and raise awareness for CP.
