The best day ever at Creekside! Our CNA/CMA team had a blast at the Custom Trucker Hat Bar, got spoiled with Popcorn Fetti take-home treats, and enjoyed a fully stocked breakroom. Lots of laughs, creativity, and love shared with our incredible frontline heroes.

We’re officially a 5-STAR facility! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What an incredible journey — and what an AMAZING team we have at Creekside! Through relentless hard work, heart, and dedication, our team has once again proven what’s possible.

We walked into a 1-star building, and together, we turned it into a 5-star home for our residents. This isn’t the first time, either!

This is proof of what passion, teamwork, and purpose can do. We don’t just show up — we show the world what great care really looks like.

Always check the Medicare.gov star ratings when researching nursing facilities. Quality matters, and we’re proud to set the bar high.

Our nurse managers are amazing!

This month, they hosted a heartwarming resident activity—duck hatching! One sweet duckling hatched over the weekend, and we’re eagerly waiting for one more to join the fluffy crew.

It’s been such a joyful experience for our residents and staff alike—watching life begin right here in our building has brought so many smiles.

What a fantastic week we had celebrating National Nursing Home Week here at Creekside! Our days were filled with fun, food, and laughter — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

From vendors bringing in Kona Ice to a competitive and hilarious basketball shootout with B*W and a lively photo booth, our residents and team members truly enjoyed every moment.

We also embraced creative theme days and shared thoughtful gifts throughout the week, all planned and executed by our incredible management crew. Their hard work and dedication made this week extra special for everyone.

Thank you to all who helped make this week one to remember — and to our residents, who remind us every day why we love what we do.

Hop on Over to Creekside’s Easter Egg Hunt!

We warmly invite you to join us at Creekside on Friday, April 18th from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM for a fun-filled Local Easter Egg Hunt with our residents and staff!

Enjoy refreshing Italian sodas, kid-friendly craft activities, and a special surprise visit from the Easter Bunny himself!

To ensure everyone has a great time, the egg hunt will be divided into two age groups:

Ages 1–4: Egg hunt in one designated area

Ages 5 and up: Separate egg hunt zone

Location: Back parking lot of the Creekside building
Parking: Street parking is available, along with limited spots in our lot
Don’t forget to bring a basket for collecting eggs!

Family and friends are welcome! Signs will be posted at the front entrance to guide you up the driveway to the event area. We can’t wait to see you there!
