Yoga West Eugene Since the 1970s, Yoga West has been teaching Kundalini Yoga to the lane county community. We have classes offered everyday!

We are a cozy yoga studio located just across from Tugman Park on Hilyard in South Eugene. Kundalini Yoga is offered every day with both virtual and in-person classes available. We offer free Sadhana every Sunday morning 2.5hrs before sunrise. Times change based on the season so please check the site for current times. To serve our community, yoga and meditation classes that are offered virtually are free or by donation. In-person / In-studio classes are $12 regular or $10 for full-time students and seniors 65+ years wise. Classes are accessed from the schedule tab. Your previously purchased passes will be honored

In-person will be offered as a hybrid for our ZOOM community to continue their practice! The studio is open when classes are held, please check the schedule on our website for more details.
