Hi everyone! We are giving an update on our challenge to ourselves! I have to make a confession, I stopped the 75 Hard. I think we all must understand what we need and listen to our bodies even if we don't want to! (: Do not feel like you are a failure in doing it either! I say that but it is still difficult to give in!
I stopped the 75 Hard as I had a day where everything wasn't working into my other priorities.
I think it is important that sometimes as much as we want to make something work it makes more sense to make adjustments to it. I found the 75 soft to work a lot better in my schedule. I'm attaching that information here:

It is looking at the big picture for the long haul. The 75 soft is something I can do for the rest of my life so I love that and believe in that for most of us.
The 75 Hard was great in getting me to change up my routine. I really enjoy my dedicated 10 pages a day and getting outside every day even if it's just for a nice walk. It's one of the best parts of my day with Penny when we take our walk around town. The gallon of water a day I'm not onboard with for everyone. Most guys can handle it. I think 3/4 of a gallon is plenty for most women or you can go by the rule of an ounce for half your body weight. As an example: A 180 lb. person would need 90 ounces of water a day would be a good base. However, if you are sweating a lot, working out, in the sun drinking alcohol or caffeine, you should probably add to that amount. Don't wait until you feel thirsty as many people don't realize they are dehydrated until it is too late.
Penny is a warrior and going stronger than ever on the 75 Hard! I am in complete support of her and her journey on this and everything else as always! We hope we are inspiring you to be and do more or just do you! Thanks for cheering us on.
