Hello divine soul

That moment when your awareness drifts into your body, you feel the gentle expansion from that soft inhalation of exquisite breath and you are reminded you live!

Your body sinks into the soft warmth of your bed with your exhale; your life awakens to the sounds of the new day.

I love that feeling of renewal as my breath brings me into my awakening each morning and takes me into slumber each night....

Is this not the most amazing way to drift back into your day and start living, and then, return to slumber when your day is done.

If anyone would like to know more about Breathwork lets engage in a conversation. I am passionate about the healing benefits gained from breathing correctly and the deep transformation it has in one’s life.

Before I discovered Breathwork, my awareness was dimmed, I awaken to life now with breath & as I fall into slumber with that peaceful slowing of breath I sleep more deeply. Its life changing there is just simply put, no doubt!

Hello divine soul

In the stillness of meditation you melt into Love. Is that truly not beautiful in its simplicity.

I have repeatedly heard, “I can’t meditate”. The simple truth is that there are many forms of meditation and finding the one that suits you is simple enough. There is no hard fast rule about what you have to do or shouldn’t do. Nor is there set time to meditate.

For example sitting quietly outside enjoying your garden is a form of mediation as is gardening, or knitting, or reading where you escape the turmoil’s of daily life. The practice of yoga and breath work or sitting crossed legged in silence.

For those starting out guided meditations will help you to get going as it not only focuses the mind but takes you to places where you enhance your imagination and open yourself to insights from Spirit. From here it’s easier to progress into silent meditations.

I have also heard that “I can’t meditate I just fall asleep and wake up when it’s all over”. To be quite honest your subconscious has received the meditation and you have become so relaxed that you fell asleep. Nothing is lost.

I offer a number of guided visualization meditations as well as those based in breath work. Let me know what you would like to meditate on or discover; such as meeting a spiritual guide for example or simply just learning to meditate. The inner strength, guidance and healing received from a meditation practice is worth every minute.

The benefits of incorporating a meditative practice into your daily life are numerous.
