πβ½πββοΈ Fall sports season is in full swing, and young athletes are giving it their all!
But sometimes that "everything" can be a little too much. Many young players get sidelined not by dramatic tackles or big falls, but by sneaky overuse injuries. You know the ones: that knee that's been "kinda sore" for weeks, or the shoulder that aches after every practice.
The good news? Most of these injuries are totally preventable! π From following the simple 10% rule (don't increase training by more than 10% each week) to taking those rest days seriously, small changes can keep your kids healthy and on the field all season long.
