A subtle change with a significant impactđź’™

A lip lift is a surgical procedure that shortens the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip (called the philtrum). As we age, this space naturally lengthens, causing the upper lip to thin and roll inward.

Unlike lip fillers, which add volume, a lip lift repositions the lip to reveal more of its natural pink surface and create a more defined Cupid's bow. The result is a permanently refreshed, youthful appearance.

The procedure takes about an hour under local anesthesia, with the incision hidden in the natural crease beneath the nose. Most patients return to normal activities within a week, with final results visible after a few months as the incision heals.

A lip lift may be performed on its own or combined with other facial rejuvenation procedures like facelift or rhinoplasty.

Breast reduction surgery is about more than aesthetics. For many patients, overly large breasts cause chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain, limit physical activity, and make finding comfortable clothing a daily challenge.

During a breast reduction, Dr. Movassaghi removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin, then lifts and reshapes the breasts into a more proportionate size.
