We bill most vision insurance plans including Ameritas, Envolve, HealthComp, HMA, Meritain, Metlife Vision, Moda, Pacific Source, Providence, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Shasta,

Siletz, UMR, The Standard, Trillium, and VSP. We also accept CareCredit. We are a Care Credit Provider office. Use your Care Credit Card for exams, prescription glasses, or contacts. Eugene Eyewear features an on-site lab, which can process most single vision glasses on the same day.
