Radiant Health Yoga® is a holistic health practice that blends the ancient teachings of hatha yoga with contemporary bodymind science. This versatile approach teaches you to adapt yoga to meet the needs of individuals and groups with a wide range of holistic health goals. Our graduates learn the kinesiological basis of safe practice for a wide range of people from frail elders to young athletes. O

ur training includes the six fundamental neurodevelopmental movement patterns that support total body connectivity and whole brain function. We address the energy body by including acu-yoga techniques into the practice to balance energy meridians. RHY is a “non-denominational” style that honors all spiritual wisdom traditions. This training will catapult you to the next level of professional expertise. Participants become highly skilled instructors who emphasize injury prevention, safe alignment and the health benefits of yoga practice. Our graduates learn how to teach yoga safely and how to sequence poses intelligently. Our graduates are versatile in their ability to adapt yoga to individual needs resulting is less injury and happier students who get addicted to their classes. Versatile, adaptable, and therapeutic, the curriculum includes neurodevelopmental patterns, acu-yoga, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, teaching methods, chakras, meditation, pranayama, imagery and more. Special populations addressed include cancer survivorship yoga, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, children's yoga, restorative, back care, yoga for menopause, yoga for dancers, yoga for cyclists, yoga for depression, yoga nidra and cardio vinyasa yoga. Join us to acquire the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to make the transition from yoga practitioner to yoga teacher. Balance Your Chakra Energy System in the New Year. Every Monday evening for the next seven weeks we will focus on one of the seven chakras during our Essential Vinyasa Yoga class and our Nidra Meditation class. ~ Class is free for Y members who can pre-register on-line.
~ Non-Members can pre-register by calling 541-686-9622 ext 0
~ Non-members can purchase a Day Pass for a single class or a 10 Visit Pass on the day of class.
~ Prices vary based on age. Young Adults ages 18 to 26 pay $14.00 per single class or $126.00 for a 10 Visit Pass. Same for Seniors ages 62 and over. Adults ages 27 to 61 pay $19.00 for single class or $171 for a 10 Visit Pass. Non-members can purchase classes at the front desk at the “Welcome Center” on the day of class.

YOGA for The Seasonal Blues.
Winter in the PNW can be quite a struggle for those living with depression and seasonal affective disorder. This week we will focus our Essential Vinyasa Yoga class on a variety of asana and pranayama practices that help decrease the symptoms of depression. Expect to stimulate brain endorphins and neurotransmitters, activate potent anti-depressant acupoints, increase oxygen levels and stimulate the flow of prana life force. These practices will help us upwardly spiral through our rainy PNW winters.
