I've felt such a drastic change in myself since 2nd degree class!
The little spark of motivation I've been struggling with is now shining brightly, and I feel wonderful!
I did a distance session this afternoon with a friend that lives up near Portland, and it went really well.
I gave her a few hours after our session to gather her thoughts about it, and she said that she felt more centered than she has in a while and had the motivation to pick up her art, which she hasn't had the will power to do all week.

I'm so grateful to have this amazing healing tool LITERALLY at my fingertips. Thank you so much again. You are truly a wonderful teacher and mentor!

Give yourself the opportunity and time to focus... on your heart space. Drop down into your heart space...breeeathe from that space. Slowly, deeply draw the energy of life, love and Reiki energy into the very depths of your heart space. Allow... that energy, that Truth to permeate your Being and energy field. Please - Please, BEAM that Reiki energy of LIGHT from your Heart out to the world we now find ourselves in!
Ground yourself in Truth -- that this is just another experience along the Path, another opportunity to bring Light into this quite literally darkened world.
Shine on!Allow, BRING INNNN to Yourselves the LIGHT and PEACE that Reiki IS, and beam that energy of Light OUT to Our World.
