Workshop Description
Our Level 2 Instructor Training: Clinical Applications Workshop is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a trauma-informed meditation teacher, using meditation as a powerful intervention for mental health conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, chronic stress, depression, and PTSD.

In this workshop, you will:

- Identify and describe different styles of meditation and understand how each impacts the brain and nervous system, particularly in individuals with trauma and mental health challenges.

- Learn to pair meditation styles with specific client concerns, enabling you to address trauma, anxiety, or stress in a personalized way.

- Develop tailored meditation plans that are uniquely designed for each client, ensuring the practice aligns with their individual mental health needs.

This workshop builds on foundational training by equipping you with specialized skills to customize meditation practices, making them highly effective and personalized tools in your mental health practice.

The HYBRID format is designed to make the Level 2 Workshop more accessible to participants worldwide. This engaging 6-week program offers the perfect blend of flexibility and live interaction.
