I often ask myself: Do we care for ourselves as much as our body, mind, and spirit truly need?

Are we aware of how much our body and brain work every day to keep our lives in balance? Do we give ourselves the same time and attention that we give to others? Do we allow our minds to become quiet? Do we take enough time to replenish?

Recently, a client shared a beautiful realization with me. Even though she has a fulfilling and wonderful life, she recognized that she hadn’t been dedicating enough time to herself. After her session, she sent me a heartfelt message reflecting on how important it is to pause, listen, and care for ourselves.

Sometimes, all we need is a moment to reconnect, breathe, and restore balance within.

"Galina, every time I get a massage with you, I walk away wondering why I am not doing that for myself more often. It is such a complete body therapy. I'll be 68 this year, and the intensity of my work, and the passion with which I am raising my granddaughter, combined with insisting on an hour-long yoga flow everyday, eventually brings me to a point of being able to deeply appreciate the kind of massage work that you do. I am excited to announce the Urban Wholistic Wellness Collective Walk-In Clinic this Friday, March 21st, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
