Oregon Community Programs - OCP is hiring Skills Trainers for their TFCO teams!

This is a fun, hands-on role where the goal is to help kids build real-life skills like making friends, handling emotions, and independent living. Part-time (15 hrs/week) with growth potential, flexible scheduling, and pay starting at $19.30/hour.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s in a behavioral science field OR 3 years of related experience/training OR Mental Health Intern qualification. Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the energy to dive in and participate with youth.

This month, TFC Consultants, Inc. attended Family Focused Treatment Association - FFTA's 39th annual conference in New Orleans, Louisiana! This year’s theme, "Rhythms of Resilience: Energize, Elevate, Engage," focused on bold ideas meeting real-world action. Together, attendees presented and discussed ideas and strategies (such as the TFCO model) to advance child and family well-being, strengthen mental health systems, and support families in their communities.
