Knee pain when running, squatting, or after sitting? This could be a result of the condition known as runner’s knee.

Rest, ice, and anti-inflammatories may help, and physical therapy to strengthen the muscles around your knee can reduce stress and prevent further injury. If pain continues, Slocum’s orthopedic specialists can provide advanced care.
