Degenerative progressive high myopia, OU (H44.23)
Pentacam confirmed stable WTR astigmatism

🔍 Patient History:
Patient with high myopia and regular astigmatism OU had long-standing difficulty with multiple lens modalities:

Soft toric lenses: excessive glare and poor comfort
Hybrid lenses: lens decentration
Scleral lenses: fogging
Custom soft torics: dry eye symptoms
Despite these challenges, scleral lenses offered the best visual outcomes and comfort — and Custom Stable® Elite delivered where others couldn’t.
