Sometimes we need a little reminder...

1. You are worthy. Take a moment today to acknowledge your inherent value, regardless of circumstances.

2. One breath at a time. When feeling overwhelmed, focus on your breath. Inhale calm, exhale tension. Repeat.

3. Progress, not perfection. Celebrate small wins and acknowledge your efforts, not just the final goal.

4. Move your body. Even a short walk can boost your mood and energy levels. Find movement you enjoy.

5. Set boundaries, say no. It's okay to prioritize your well-being and protect your time and energy.

6. Gratitude is an attitude. Take a moment to appreciate something positive in your life, big or small.
