Our Story

Alive Holistic Counseling is a group practice of highly skill therapists and counselors in Eugene, Oregon who integrate holistic approaches into client-centered, strengths-based therapies. Our goal is to help people achieve inner harmony, transform their life, decrease stress, and create peace.

Our therapists and counselors are specially trained in holistic therapies and evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, Art Therapy, Somatic Trauma Release, Hypnotherapy, Hakomi, Body Talk, and Mindfulness Techniquesthat enable clients to go deeper into their healing journey.

We treat each person as a person, regardless of their background, trauma, or story.

We do accept insurance. Sliding-scale fees are available for individuals with no insurance, high deductibles, or any other life circumstances.
