The list of things that haven't worked is not a list of failures. It's a list of mismatches.
That distinction matters, because a lot of women in midlife have been quietly carrying a story that goes something like this: I've tried everything, nothing works for me, maybe this is just what it is now. It's a reasonable conclusion. If you've genuinely tried and nothing has fully gotten you there, what else are you supposed to think?
After 20 years as a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and more than 10,000 client visits, I can tell you the story is almost never "nothing works for this woman." It's almost always "nothing has been matched to this woman yet."
Every approach you've tried was designed for a general version of you. And there is no general version. There's you, with your specific history, your specific pattern, your specific body, and until something accounts for that, you're always going to get partial results.
Chinese medicine has a framework for this. Four patterns that describe what's actually happening in the body during this transition, why symptoms show up the way they do, and why the same approach lands completely differently depending on which pattern a woman has. Once you know yours, the decisions get clearer. The past makes more sense. And so does the path forward.
I made a four-part video series that teaches all of it. Not theory, the actual clinical framework, taught so you can begin to recognize yourself in it and use it.
