Something simple might be missing.

A lot of women assume menopause symptoms are just hormones shifting.

But sometimes the issue is more foundational.

Vitamin D is one example.

It’s technically a vitamin, but it also behaves like a hormone in the body — and hormones work a bit like dominoes. When one goes - they all go.

Low Vitamin D can influence:

• mood
• sleep
• immune function

And it plays a role in how our sleep-wake hormones function as well.
