Iโ€™m all about eating to support my hormones during menopause, and this is one of my favorite go-to snacks. Itโ€™s quick, easy, and packed with chocolate (because why not?). ๐Ÿซ

๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒโ€™๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ:

1. Take 1 date and slice it in half, removing the pit
2. Spread 1 tsp of almond butter in the center of each half
3. Top it with as much unsweetened chocolate as you can fit

Pop it in your mouth in one bite, and let the sweetness of the date, the creaminess of the almond butter, and the rich taste of chocolate mix together. ๐Ÿ’ฅ Itโ€™s so satisfying!
