🌟TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🌟
Today we’re hearing from our very own Ashley! ➡️

I didn’t join Burn Boot Camp because I was ready to change my life. I went because my sister, Tracey, was nervous to go alone and I didn’t want her to have to walk in by herself.

At the time, I was just trying to keep my head above water. As a single mom with a high pressure career, everything and everyone came before me. I had gotten so used to pouring into everyone else that I honestly didn’t even think about what I needed anymore.

Walking into Burn that first time three years ago, I didn’t feel confident. I didn’t feel strong. I didn’t even feel like I belonged there.

But I showed up anyway.
And then I kept showing up.

Somewhere along the way, something shifted. It stopped being about getting through a workout and started being about proving to myself that I could do hard things. That I was allowed to take up space. That I was worth the time.

Burn has given me more than strength, it gave me a piece of myself back that I didn’t even realize I had lost. Now, it’s not just about fitness. It’s about showing my kids what it looks like to take care of yourself. It’s about confidence, consistency, and knowing I can handle whatever comes my way.
