Here at Lone Oak we LOVE animals! We are excited to announce a big party to help Greenhill Humane Society - come join us Saturday, August 30th, from 11am to 3pm for our "FurGet Me Not Carnival"! We will have fun for the whole family, and all proceeds will go to help our Greenhill animal friends!

Here at Lone Oak what do we do when it's 100 degrees in the shade? We bring the Garden party inside! In the luxury of the air conditioning we made beautiful hanging baskets... they turned out beautiful!

Adventure to Thistledown Farm Lone Oak Ladies? Christa, Betty, Peggy, and both Nancys took a drive out to Thistledown Farm and had great time. The produce was amazing - they had bodacious corn, the biggest blackberries (Oregon best!), Hermiston watermelon and cantaloupes, and just so much more! The Apple Cider donuts are delicious! It was a great trip.

Here at Lone Oak one our favorite activities is Spa Day, a time when any Queen (or King!) can choose to be pampered with beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, facials and even hand and foot massages with essential oils... we believe that when you have worked hard your whole life you deserve to be treated royally! Today we feature one of our new residents Jean - she loves red polish! Thank you Jean for sharing your testimony today - truly God made you special!

Here at Lone Oak we were Blessed to know our friend John Larson, truly a kind gentleman and Gift from God. These are the first pictures from his memorial yesterday, where many friends gathered to celebrate his life and all he brought to our lives here. God bless you forever John - you are singing with the angels now...
