✨🌿 HAIR GROWTH MAGIC… by accident?! 🌿✨
So… I’ve been consistently using my little energy patches to help with a nagging shoulder issue 🙃💫
— and guess what happened that I was NOT expecting??
💁♀️✨ My hair grew. A LOT.
Like… noticeably healthier, longer, shinier, and stronger in just one month.
I literally did nothing different with my hair routine. Zero. Nada.
Apparently my body was like:
“While we’re supporting the shoulder… let’s glow up EVERYTHING!” 😍🔥
How fun is that?!

Well… this morning was not on my 2025 bingo card. 😂
I walked into my bathroom at my new place and found this adorable but very confused little mouse just hanging out like he paid rent. 👀💁♀️
And honestly?
I think being on the farm in Mexico secretly trained me for this moment. Thanks Karita De Angel for the pep talk…
All the critters, all the bugs, all the “okay, breathe Katie… you are bigger than this” moments.
Higher Self Activation:
🌟 I am the calm presence in the room.
🌟 My nervous system leads.
🌟 I choose my response, not my reaction.
So yes… this morning I caught a mouse.
In a clear container.
While half asleep.
And yes, Harley had zero interest in helping. 😂🐶💤
Some emotional support dog he is…
But here’s the real takeaway ⬇️
If you can stay grounded while a mouse is sprinting through your bathroom,
you can stay grounded while chasing your dreams.
You’re capable of SO much more than your fear tells you.
Even the tiny fears.
Even the unexpected critters in the corner. 🐭
Life will always throw surprises at you…
but you get to choose who you are in the moment.
💫 Calm.

✨🕊️ Honoring Amiya — A Bright, Unapologetic Light 🕊️✨
My heart has been so heavy these last few weeks. My friend’s niece, Amiya, left this world far too soon — another radiant young soul gone during what feels like an epidemic among our youth. 💔
Our kids are overwhelmed, overstimulated, and terrified to speak their truth in fear of being judged… and too many feel unheard.
But Amiya… she was something rare.
She was unapologetically authentic.
Creative. Bold. Magical. 🌙✨
She lived from a place of honesty that so many adults never access — and she used that light to lift others. 🕉️
She worked with the Simply Youth Institute, founded by Wynter — an incredible organization helping young people find their voice, express their truth, and remember their worth. 🙌🎨✨
Amiya believed in that mission. She believed in creativity and expression. She believed in the power of being real. 🪨
At her celebration of life, one thing kept coming up over and over again:
❤️ “I don’t know if she knew how much I loved her.”
Those words shattered me.
Let this be a reminder:
✨ Tell the people you love how much you love them.
✨ Don’t wait.
✨ Don’t assume they know.
✨ Speak it. Show it. Live it.
Life is fragile. And love is medicine.
Amiya’s legacy is one of creativity, courage, and authentic self-expression. I feel deeply called to align with the work she supported, durinhe months that I will be in Eugene.
Our youth deserve to be heard. They deserve spaces where their emotions, dreams, grief, confusion, and brilliance can be expressed safely and without judgment. 🌈💬💛

For almost five years, I had a rash along the back of my hairline. I tried everything. Nothing changed.
But here’s the wild part…
When I finally started doing the inner work, the rash disappeared. Completely.

This is my new hairdo… and honestly, it feels like a whole new era.🔥

We also offer private parties at The Artisan’s Quarter OR we can bring the party to you!!
We supply gloves, aprons, dye in squeeze bottles, rubber bands and drop clothes for the floors. We presoak the fabric, tie-dye it, wrap it up over night, then wash with a special detergent! You can purchase 100% cotton white tees from us or bring your own and renew your favorite apparel!
Our Bright, Long Lasting Tie Dyes are also available for purchase on our website or by PM through fb and we can ship them directly to you or ship them as a gift!
