If this is not the most offensive example of Americans putting our head in the sand about health and well-being. I am losing hope in this moment. I know.. let's just get a new vaccine and rush out and eat as much sugar and processed carbohydrates as possible. That will make us all feel better. I am sure it is ALL perfectly safe. Look we actually don't have to take any personal responsibility for our own health-- there really is a pill for that ( or in this case a shot). Sarcasm intended.

Employees will get four paid hours to get vaccinated if they choose, a similar perk to other retailers.

Now this is the conversation we should be having. Covid 19 is here to stay. The sooner we accept this as an endemic virus and begin to address the epidemic of chronic disease we have wrought through poor nutrition, poverty, racism and trauma the better off we will all be.

The benefits of optimal vitamin D3 go well beyond protecting against serious Covid19 complications. Please consider this info. If you are not taking Vitamin D please do, and please sign this petition to make Oregon the first state to look to nutritional supplementation as prevention. A wholistic approach is long overdue.

Can we all just THINK for a minute. An unfounded fear has lead to a shocking uptick in disposable coffee cups, to go containers and toxic exposures.... please THINK.

It is theoretically possible to contract COVID off surfaces, but highly unlikely, says one pediatric infectious diseases doctor. Most people in their everyday lives don't have to obssess over surfaces.
