All the minority groups, we have to learn to play the long game together. Seeing each other as enemies or adversaries is not going to advance us. This is such a shame, and I imagine it's the beginning of many things to come that return us back to the time before the Civil Rights era.

Howdy partners! 🌟 Today, let's talk about the incredible importance of self-care from both a functional and indulgent standpoint.

Taking care of ourselves isn't just a luxury; it's a necessity. We live in a fast-paced world that demands so much from us, but we must remember that we deserve our own care and attention too.

From a functional perspective, self-care enables us to recharge and rejuvenate. It's like pressing the reset button on our minds and bodies.
