As of this afternoon it’s official…..
Joann (aka Felicia, Jo Jo, na-nan) is RETIRED!!

She has brought s***k and laughter to our RehabXcel family for last 16 years. We are so excited for her as she enters this new season. We know her busy body self will not keep still! 😄 Enjoy yourself, Joann!!

PS - how many weeks before we can call you for PRN? 😉

Sam Arvie is the son of Brenda and Carl Arvie and graduated from UL with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. ❤️🖤

Our very own Hailey Boudreaux graduated from LSUE with an Associate Degree in General Studies. 💜💛

With 26 years of experience as an occupational therapist, we are happy to announce Angelle’s recent achievement - adding certified hand therapist (CHT) to her title!

A CHT is an occupational therapist or physical therapist by profession with at least 3 years of experience, plus 4,000 hours of hand therapy practice (upper extremity rehabilitation). A CHT must have passed a certification examination that demonstrates knowledge of all areas of hand therapy before being granted the right to use the CHT designation, which identifies excellence in the field of hand therapy.
With only 6500 CHT in the US, Angelle’s accomplishment is an awesome addition to our area!

Our Adopt-A-Resident Tree is up at our Kinder location! We’ve once again partnered with Kinder Retirement & Rehab to give each resident something off of their Christmas List! Come by our clinic, right next door to Kinder High School, and grab an ornament off the tree to help give our residents a special Christmas ❤️💚

All gifts need to be in by December 18th, as Santa will be passing by KR&R on the 19th!
