There is a sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. We care about our patients and we make every effort to keep our patients healthy through our comprehensive wellness program.

Attention United Healthcare Patients⚠️

We want to quickly clarify a recent letter some of you may have received stating that Dr. Jade Heinen and Dr. Brian Heinen would no longer be offering primary care services as of January 25, 2025. Please don’t worry, this letter was sent in error due to an internal system issue within United Healthcare. There is no change to your care. Dr. Jade Heinen and Dr. Brian Heinen are still in-network and will continue to serve as your primary care providers.

Additionally, all of our wonderful providers at each of our four Heinen Medical locations remain here and ready to care for you and your family.

We’re excited to officially welcome Elizabeth Family Clinic to the Heinen Medical Group! This means we now have locations in Eunice, Ville Platte, Kinder, and Elizabeth. Bringing more care, more support, and the same heart for community health.
