A short meditation I wrote for grounding, heart-opening, and collective light 🌟
1. Still your physical body. Take 10 deep inhales and exhales. Relax each part of your body. Give yourself five minutes of permission to focus on your breath and this sacred moment you are creating. Let everything else stay outside the door. It can wait. ✨
2. Imagine a body of water and gently calm the waters until they become reflective. Pour any worries into the water. Relax your emotional body. Take another 10 deep inhales and exhales. ✨
3. Bring your focus to the space between your brows, your “third eye.” ✨
4. Inhale light into your heart space and exhale light. Continue inhaling light as you imagine your heart expanding, until you feel fully present within it. As you breathe, allow your entire energetic body to fill with light, surrounding you in an egg-shaped field of luminosity. Inhale love, and imagine or remember a moment of deep connection and compassion. ✨
5. With an open heart, radiate this love out to humanity. Connect with others who are also spreading light. Imagine a beautiful grid of light encircling the planet, gently raising Earth’s frequency. See the Earth receiving this love and becoming brighter. Feel the Earth respond with gratitude, opening your heart even more. ✨
6. Take a deep inhale. Feel the love that surrounds you and your connection with your Family of Light. ✨
7. Send love rays to everyone you come into contact with today.
