The 8 branches include acupuncture, herbal medicine & moxibustion, nutrition/food therapy, manual therapy/ body work, movement practice, cosmology, feng shui, and meditation. There are many approaches to wellness, and the more you integrate into your practice, the greater the results!

One day last year I was down at the Ponto Jetty in Carlsbad digging up some gaper clams and all of the sudden I noticed this baby octopus hauling hiney my way. It plunged into the watery hole I was digging, said hello, gave me a high 5, and went along its way. I was in awe… and then the idea for this drawing popped into my mind. Pretty fun 🐙
