Imagine coming together in community and learning how breath supports our lifeline!

This summer. You, nature, bird song and breath.

Trust me - there is healing in nature. The four things that I can say made a difference in my own journey - God, nature, bilateral movement and Breathwork.

Stay tuned for dates to sign up soon!

To all of the mamas

May you know you are loved
May you be gentle on yourself
May find the glimmers even if sadness exists
May you expand the joy if felt in the present
May you know no matter - you are loved, worthy and valued today and always. 💕

Have a blessed Mother’s Day weekend and remember to find your breath and let your feelings be felt.

When I came to the end of my six month journey of doing conscious connected Breathwork, I had tears of pure unexplained joy. A true sense of peace. A sensation in my body that I knew was safety.

Similar to this photo taken 12 years ago in Sedona, where for the first time in almost a year I actually noticed the peace in my body since being a su***de loss survivor.

There are moments along the deep and heavy journey of grief where we stop in our tracks to notice - joy. Yes, we can feel heavy and light. We can feel pain and joy. It’s called duality. The complexity of life and IF we trust that we can feel both, life grows deeper.

In this photo, I still FEEL the slowness of this beautiful night. I feel the deep friendship of the person who took the photo. I FEEL the safety of my partner who was waiting for me upon my arrival that night and FEEL the energy of the highly special place, Sedona Arizona.

The reason behind my passion for teaching CCB is exactly this - I want you to know it’s safe to FEEL in our darkest moments. We are never stuck in pain. Life is meant to be lived - all of it! So, if you want to get back to feeling and MOVE through the dark parts - it is possible. It starts with your breath!!(not the corona 😜).

Do you ever feel like life is going up in flames?? 🤣

By the grace of God, I realized my little gluten free pop tart started a fire last night.

Sooooo, let’s talk about heart rate variability and Breathwork. 🥸

My nervous did what it needed to do - RUN in sympathetic to literally put out the fire.

Then very shortly after my years of practice kicked in. Shifted to a calmer more relaxed state - that was a nice toaster, but I guess it’s time for a new one.

To stay in one state along the nervous system spectrum is not healthy for any of us. CCB teaches how we learn to expand and adapt. This makes life more flexible!

Happy Friday! If this week has gone up in flames for you too - we finally made it!! 🔥

Often times my brain has a ton of knowledge that doesn’t easily get pieced out in the process of learning WHY Breathwork is so powerful.

Yesterday, I started another mentorship to extend my knowledge, skill set and more to better serve YOU.

Breath, behaviors and beliefs was a topic!! 🧠

I forgot about that process as I learned over four years ago. This shifted my perspective back to where I started.

It’s not only the breath that is circular, but the process too. We must evaluate our behaviors (recently or chronically) and our belief to full circle understand HOW our breath can support and CHANGE our entire way of being!

My hope in the next few months is to better equip you in understanding how breath is our entire foundation of well being! It’s not just silly Breathwork you learn from reading one book 😜.

Sunday reflection time. It’s chilly, but the cool air is so necessary lately. The sun and bird song are with me too.

Don’t forget to take it slow today. Where can you find at least 15 minutes of intentional time?

I have admittedly lost my own flow through recently grief and heavy personal things I’m processing.

In the midst of that, I developed a nagging piece of my chest muscle that was so constricted it hurt to breathe.

Grief ✔️
Anxious feelings ✔️
Frustration ✔️
And more ✔️

I have spent the last hour in solitude with my breath, a new curated playlist and rest.

Guess what??

It’s not fully gone, but I’m at ease. I can breathe deeper and my body is softer.

I’m aware of where I’m holding on and that’s ok.

But, every day is a more conscious effort to feel - into my own safety. My own knowing and allowing my body to process what I’m ready for.

Gentle. Slowly. And with space to integrate. Permission a place to rest.

If you can relate, I’d love to hear in a few words below. 💕 We are in navigating life. Let’s be human together.
