Our Dementia Education and Support Group Meetings will be starting up again following our break for the holidays. Our January meeting will be taking place this Thursday evening, January 22 @ 6:30 at the Eureka Public Library community room. These meetings are designed to provide education about dementia and provide support to those caring for someone with dementia. The meetings are held the 4th Thursday of each month and are free and open to the public. This month will focus on “Dementia 101” which will provide an overview of dementia including the stages of dementia and some of the most common types of dementia. All are welcome to attend.
