She also has 2 NCCA accredited certificates from the American Council on Exercise as both Personal Trainer and Health Coach. She has knowledge in many activities, and has taught step training, pilates and zumba to name a few. Services offered: Fitness Testing, Exercise Therapy, Personal Training, and Heath Coach Services. Liz is now a precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
