This Women’s History Month, we’re highlighting some of the women we admire most, both here in our local community and those who have helped shape the conversation on a larger scale. From trusted local care to nationally recognized voices, each of these women has played a role in changing how we understand women’s health, hormones, and whole-person wellness.

For too long, women were told to push through symptoms, stay silent, or accept discomfort as “normal.” These advocates helped challenge that narrative by bringing education, compassion, and empowerment to generations of women.

At Lima’s Pharmacy, we’re proud to carry that mission forward by supporting women with personalized care that listens, educates, and empowers.

Supporting women and men's wellness has been at the heart of Lima’s for years.
