Do you love camping, games, and entertainment? Community Cornerstone is doing their annual summer games from August 13h – August 16th. To participate in the games, contact your Redwood Coast Regional Center Coordinator. More information below.

Community Cornerstone is hosting their 32nd annual Redwood Summer Games from August 13th through August 16th.

They are looking for volunteer buddies to help support the athletes, to help run the Carnival Games, and to help in the kitchen.

If you are a RCRC client and would like to participate, reach out to your Service Coordinator for more information and submit your registration forms by July 15th.

The RFI Peer Advocacy Team had a fun time tabling and attending the Speed Friending Event at the Moose Lodge in Eureka on Sunday.

We are set up and ready to go at the Speed Friending & Pop Up Arcade today with Guided Connections and other amazing organizations!

Join us from 10:30am to 2:30pm for the Kudzu Ataraxia Pop-Up Arcade where we have Mario Kart, Pokemon, and more set up for all age groups, and our Speed Friending to meet new people.

We will have free pizza and drinks starting at 12pm.
We’re at the Eureka Moose Lodge 646 at 4328 Campton Road. Come say hi! 👋🏻

Then you don’t want to miss the Fortuna AL Gray Lighted Parade this Friday, December 12th at 6 PM, starting from Rohner Park!
🚦 NEW ROUTE THIS YEAR:
✅ Start at Rohner Park
➡ Park Street → Main Street (through downtown!)
➡ Left on 9th → Left on L Street
➡ Right on 12th → Left on Newburg Road
➡ Right on Fortuna Blvd → Turn around at McDonald’s
➡ Back up Fortuna Blvd → Return to Rohner Park
🌟 There are so many great spots to watch along the way—grab your family, friends, and holiday cheer for one of Fortuna’s most magical traditions!

Do you love Christmas movies? On Sunday, December 21st, the Arcata Theatre Lounge is showing the classic holiday movie Elf from 5 PM to 8 PM.

The pre-show starts at 5 PM, and the movie begins at 6 PM.
Admission is $8, or $12 if you want a poster included.

Come enjoy a fun holiday movie night!

Are you ready to get into the holiday spirit? On Sunday, December 7th, from 5:30–6:30 PM, Ferndale will light the town Christmas tree on Main Street.

Before the tree is lit, a group of local singers will perform Christmas carols. During the event, you can enjoy free cookies and hot chocolate served by the Ferndale 4H members.

Come join the fun and celebrate the season!
