We will be working out of the Basic Needs Center on Thursdays all day, and we will providing monthly Wellness Presentations! Stay tuned for more information on our upcoming Wellness Presentations. This morning, our team had the honor of speaking to four groups of students at Cutten-Ridgewood about wellness! 🐅👦👧🧒🐯

Riely and Sade led the students through some guided imagery🏝️, buddy meditation👯‍♀️, and box breathing 🌬️to emphasize the importance of taking care of our bodies 💪🏽 and minds 🧠from an early age.
We love working within our community to share knowledge students can use to talk to their adults about what it means to live a healthy lifestyle 🫶🏼
