Need a quick reset after a long week? Try these 3 easy stretches you can do at home to release tension and boost your mood—no equipment needed!

✨ 1. Neck Rolls
Gently drop your chin to your chest and roll your head in slow circles. This helps melt away neck tension—especially if you’ve been hunched over a screen all day.

✨ 2. Seated Forward Fold
Sit on the floor with your legs straight out. Reach for your toes (or shins!) and take deep breaths. This relieves lower back and hamstring tightness—perfect after long hours of sitting.
