✨ Our sweet Soren is turning THREE! ✨
It’s hard to believe how much he’s grown this year — he’s made so much progress and continues to amaze us every single day.
A few people have asked what kinds of things he’s into or what would be helpful for him right now, so I put together a small list of toys and therapy items that fit his abilities and support his development as he keeps growing and exploring.

Yay for an upgrade on Soren’s goto seat! Nearly one year ago Soren won the fall giveaway from firefly, but he has grown so much since then and the size 1 was getting too small for him. We were lucky enough to find a size 2 seat from a mom whose son needed a size 1 so we traded and each shipped our seat to the other person. I’m so grateful for the special needs community. Being the mom to a disabled child can be so hard, it can be lonely, and it sometimes can feel like the world is against our kids. Equipment that helps our children participate in the way others do is expensive, toys are expensive, and the list goes on. Finding others who understand this struggle, and community where we all help each other is one thing that continues to shows us that we aren’t alone ❤️

Thank you so much for this beautiful blanket🥹 It meant so much to read your note, this blanket will be so treasured by us, it’s the perfect size for us to bring with us to appointments, use with his wheelchair, in the car seat etc!

Sunday fun in the rain out at the hatchery celebrating his big cousins FIFTH birthday! Soren loved watching the rainbow trout jump and go crazy for food every time we tossed a handful in to them!
