The requests have been made, and we now are offering our chair yoga class two times a week. Starting this Monday we will be offering chair yoga from 1pm-2pm, with a lovey senior discount! Our Friday class is still same time and will always remain donation only. These are perfect classes for anyone with limited range of motion, recovering from injuries, looking to start or revamp their yoga practice. Can’t wait to see you on the chairs!

The winds have changed and our dearest of dears Jensen Curtis is saying till next time to Growth and Humboldt. Please come and celebrate a soul that has truly made an impact on so many of us. Saying he will be missed is a true understatement, his energy, mind, and soul will be longed for until his hopeful return. His final two classes at Growth will be this Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.
