Job Title: Funeral Home Removal Technician

The removal technician is responsible for the timely and respectful pickup of deceased persons from homes, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. We are specifically looking for someone to handle after hour pickups. Shifts M - F run from 5 PM - 8 AM, and weekend shifts run from 8 AM - 8 AM the following day. This is an on call position meaning you need to be available during your shifts to work as deaths occur. There is no guarantee that a call will come through during your shift, and some shifts may receive 3+ calls. The job is ideal for someone looking for supplemental income who does not mind working the overnight shift.

Candidates need to be clean cut, well spoken, drug fee, reliable and able to pass a background check.This job is entry level and can serve as a catalyst for a career in the funeral industry. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Compensation: $60 per call up to 2 hrs., $21 per additional hour
