NEW RECIPE!! Homemade Granola Squares.

Better than store bought granola bars. This homemade version is moist and chewy, not dry and hard. Also has no preservatives. Pictured is my chocolate chip flavor. I will be experimenting with other flavors as I go along.

I will be packing some of these in my suitcase when we go on trips. Its a great little snack to chase away the stomach growlers. My new lifestyle, without a stomach, has me grazing all day. Homemade granola squares will fill my needs.

HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!!

Here are some photos of Easter goodies that I have made in years past to give you some ideas for this year. I will also be making my Polynesian bread with pineapple and coconut for Easter, and also Sourdough, as always.

Message me if you want to place an order for something specific. Or stop by my shed (no orders needed) on days that I am open. Product will vary.

We threw a surprise retirement party for my husband this weekend. We got him good. He “worked his whole life for this party.” The first cake (chocolate cake) shows all of the places he has ever worked in the last 45 years. The last 25 years was spent at Cefcu.

The second cake (white cake) shows his plans for retirement.
