I am sharing with you today about the beginning phase of my "journey to better health." Little did I know this phase would be the beginning of my health becoming SO MUCH BETTER!!
This phase began in May, 2018. I knew that my house smelled like a cigarette factory, and it was disgusting. I constantly burned scented candles to try to "cover up" the smell (sometimes as many as TEN in one room). I had plug-in type air fresheners in every room -- 2 or 3 in large rooms. I had no idea that I was literally contributing further to my problem with all of these toxic "clean the air" solutions. These "clean the air" solutions, were--in fact--poisoning the air as much as the cigarette smoke.
And then -- I found Young Living -- essential oils and ultrasonic diffusers. Oh--My--Gosh!!! My life changed almost overnight. I quit smoking. I removed all scented candles and plug-in type air fresheners from the house. I started diffusing oils, and my health began to improve--DRAMATICALLY!
Today--I have an ultrasonic diffuser in every room of our home--two in the larger rooms. I enjoy beautiful fragrances each day throughout our home, knowing that I am breathing CLEAN AIR. Also knowing that I can select oils that will impact my mood, aches and pains, and many other areas of my life. I can select oils that enhance a romantic mood for the bedroom (smile), and oils that contribute to relieving joint pain in another room. It just depends on what I need/want on that particular day.
If you have never used high-quality, absolutely pure essential oils and ultrasonic diffusers, I encourage you to begin now. While essential oils are about SO MUCH MORE than just diffusing, that was the reason I "took a look" at them 4 years ago. That was one of the smartest things I ever did, and essential oils have now changed my life!
