"Where Nature Meets Nurture"
At Red Bird Cottage and Farm, your therapy session won’t take place in a traditional office setting. Instead, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful, tranquil equestrian/lake environment designed to promote healing and connection. Imagine casting a fishing line into the lake as you talk with your counselor, or sitting quietly as horses graze nearby — all while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. This serene setting offers a truly innovative and holistic approach to mental wellness. Come discover a space where you can heal, grow, and feel whole again — naturally and authentically. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every counseling plan is customized to fit your needs, your pace, and your goals — whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking clarity and support.
🕊️ Boutique, Relationship-Centered Approach. As a boutique practice, we intentionally keep our caseloads smaller so we can give each client the time, attention, and care they deserve. You'll always feel seen, heard, and supported — not rushed or overlooked.
🤝 Warm, Welcoming Environment. We cultivate a space that feels safe, compassionate, and free of judgment. From your first visit, we aim to make you feel at home — because healing happens best when you feel truly comfortable being yourself.
🌟 Care That Goes Beyond the Couch. We’re deeply invested in your well-being — not just during sessions, but in your day-to-day life. We take the extra steps to check in, collaborate, and walk alongside you throughout your mental health journey.
❤️ A Family Feel. At Red Bird, you're not just another client on the schedule. You're part of a community. We strive to make sure every person feels respected, supported, and deeply cared for.
