Our awesome young athlete started with 8 inch box jumps at 3 years old and now is doing 20 inch box jumps at 5! Was she afraid at first? Of course! The best part about it is that no one could accomplish these feat for her. She had to do it herself. Through courage, consistency, discipline to keep trying, and faith that she could do it, she made it to a 20 inch box jump!
