We’re looking for a Receptionist / Medical Assistant / Scribe to join our growing practice!

📍 Position: Part-Time (20-35 hours per week, with potential for growth)
📍 Location: Alive & Well Healthcare and Med Spa

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
✅ Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently
✅ Assist providers with clinical tasks such as vitals, charting, and patient prep
✅ Accurately document patient encounters as a medical scribe
✅ Handle phone calls, insurance verifications, and administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
✔️ Medical office, scribing, or administrative experience preferred but not required
✔️ A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
