Compassionate Connections Home Care is an established, award-winning home care company entering an exciting new phase of franchise expansion. We are seeking a strong Operations Manager to help oversee and strengthen the day-to-day operations of our corporate flagship location.
This is NOT an entry-level management role.
We are looking for someone who can truly help run and stabilize operations across the organization while helping us continue to grow and scale
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
✔ Home care, healthcare, hospice, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare operations experience
✔ Leadership experience managing teams and daily operations
✔ Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, client service, reporting, and operational workflows
✔ Strong understanding of accountability, systems, SOPs, and operational efficiency
✔ Comfortable handling high-pressure situations with professionalism and urgency
✔ Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
- Healthcare Administration
- Business Administration
- Healthcare Management
- Organizational Leadership
- Nursing or related healthcare field
(Extensive real-world operational leadership experience may substitute for degree requirements.)

• Daily office and operational management
• Staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Team accountability and communication
• Client satisfaction and service quality
• Billing oversight, reporting, and operational follow-through
• Systems, processes, organization, and efficiency
• Overall day-to-day operational performance of the agency
