is a primary care/internal medicine physician in Lake County, Florida. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. Dillard attended medical school in the Caribbean and served his internship at Roger Williams General Hospital in Providence, R.I., a Brown University Teaching Hospital. Dr. Dillard’s initial involvement in dietary medicine began with a desire to improve the overall health of his medical patients through weight loss. In many cases, the impressive results included improvement in blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and many other weight related health issues. In fact, the weight loss was so substantial that not only current patients, but the general community began asking if they could participate and become "weight loss partners." Through the success of the initial small group testing, The Dillard Diet was created.
