I'm thankful for all the time I spent with my Granny. She taught me so much.

One of the many things was crocheting. Since I was about 10 years old, I have crocheted intermittently, beginning blankets but usually never finishing them. About 2 years ago, I decided to make small projects.

I've had so much fun creating smaller projects, like this soccer ball for my little cousin 🩵

Even after 14 years, I love seeing their faces 🩵

I recently celebrated 14 years cancer free & these are 2 of the people I have to thank. These 2 doctors were incredible during such a difficult time. Of course, the team of nurses I'm also always thankful for.

One of my many reasons for reaching my health goals, not only for myself, but my family. The joys of lifestyle consulting, I'm able to help educate others on making better, healthier choices.
