Prevention starts early! KWP is proud to be involved in several coalitions, like the Drug Free Aliquippa Youth Coalition. Youth learning from older students about staying drug, alcohol, and ni****ne free is a great way to start the prevention conversation. A BIG thank you to these DFA youth for being great role models!

Our Drug Free Aliquippa leaders are empowering 6th graders with substance use prevention education at the elementary school today.

A lot of people assume that ma*****na today is the same as what it was in the 90s. That is simply NOT TRUE!

Ma*****na (or cannabis) potency is getting HIGHER and the higher THC concentrations have been associated with a greater likelihood of cannabis use progressing to cannabis use disorder, among other health concerns.
