⛳️🏆Congratulations Rory Mcllroy for winning the Masters for the second straight year, shooting a final-round 71 to finish at 12 under par, one stroke better than runner-up Scottie Scheffler.

McIlroy is just the fourth golfer to win back-to-back Masters tournaments, joining Jack Nicklaus (1965-66), Nick Faldo (1989-90) and Tiger Woods (2001-02). This is the sixth major championship for the golfer from Northern Ireland.

We were thrilled to be invited to The Ammortal Sanctuary wellness hospitality house last evening! Our night was focused on recovery and wellness, featuring the Ammortal Chamber. Dan and I tried to experience the Ammortal Chamber while at the Biohacking conference in Austin last May, but the waitlist was understandably too long. It combines red/near-infrared light therapy, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic fields), vibroacoustics, molecular hydrogen, and guided meditation to reduce stress, improve sleep, and speed up recovery. I walked away thoroughly stress-free, calm, yet energized at the same time. Dan (our biggest skeptic) walked out being WOWED! Some of the other offerings last night to experience were cold plunges, sauna, facials, chair massages and IV therapy and to turn up the fun, Podium 1 Trak Racer. Now to talk Dan into bringing the Ammortal to the CSRA😅
