Info post: Sensory Circuits 💫

A great tool to assist with sensory integration! It involves alerting, organizing, and then calming physical activities with the aim to assist in regulating the senses to achieve our “just right” level of alertness to participate in learning. These circuits can be used in sessions or at home as part of a sensory diet that can be developed for each individual child depending on specific needs!
