We are incredibly grateful for all of the love & support from our families this year! As a reminder, our office will be closed from December 22 - January 2, and will re-open on January 5, 2026.

We’re hitting pause to reset and prepare for an exciting year ahead — We’re growing!🌿
 With new therapists coming on board, we’ll have additional occupational therapy availability in the new year.

Brittany has worked so hard and made such a positive mark here — and luckily this isn’t goodbye. You’ll still be seeing her around the clinic as she takes on a new role while she studies for her boards. We’re so proud of you, Brittany!

Congrats to Kelsey on completing her fieldwork! 🎉 She made a lasting impression on everyone here, including the families, and we are so proud of how much she has grown🌱Help us wish her well as she embarks on her next fieldwork rotation. And who knows — maybe we’ll see her back at Grow after she graduates and passes her board exam!

Have you met our newest fieldwork student Brittany?

Brittany is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with 10 years of experience working in pediatrics. She has a strong passion for supporting children in the areas of sensory integration and self-regulation to help them succeed in daily life. She is excited to spend 12 weeks at Grow to further develop her evaluation and treatment skills while continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

In case you’ve not met her already, let us introduce Kelsey!

Kelsey is an Occupational Therapy Assistant student completing her fieldwork and will soon be graduating from Augusta Technical College. Her passion for OT began in high school while volunteering with the Special Olympics swim team and continued to grow through her personal experiences with her stepbrother who has cerebral palsy and her cousin who has autism. These early influences helped shape her belief in the power of connection and creativity to support growth and success.

During her rotation at Grow, Kelsey looks forward to learning from each child and their family while building meaningful connections. She is excited to grow in her role as a future OTA and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of each child’s journey.

Are you looking for a social skills group for your child?

We are excited to announce our play-based social skill building group “Fun with Friends” for children ages 6-7 years old from September 11-September 25 on Thursdays, 5pm-6pm. Each week we will focus on a specific topic, including:
•being a good friend
•playing games with rules
•resolving disagreements

Groups are designed and led by skilled pediatric therapists.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion on the final day.

Cost is $50 per session x3 weeks ($150 total).

Woohoo! Social Club starts back in June!

Looking for a way for your neurodiverse tween to make friends and gain confidence with their social skills?

Come hang out with us!

During Social Club, kids will spend a portion of the group refining specific social skills, and then they will get to put those skills into practice during the remaining “hang out” portion of the group.

Who: Kids 11-14 years old
When: Thursdays 5pm-6pm on June 12, 19, & 26
Where: 621 Ponder Place Drive, Suite 2, Evans, GA

Did you know April is both Autism Acceptance month *and* Occupational Therapy month?

We wanted to use this as an opportunity to spotlight Christy, Grow’s co-owner and one of our very talented occupational therapy practitioners.

Have you met Abby? She has been our intern this semester, and we’ve loved having her with us! Abby is currently a senior at Augusta University as a kinesiology major. After she graduates in May, she plans to continue her education and pursue a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. “I chose Grow because I loved the services they provide, and I am interested in pediatrics! Once I met the OT and OTAs, I could not see my self interning at any other facility.” And who knows, maybe in a few years, Abby could be back with us as a therapist! ;)
